How many days can I change or return the products I purchased?
You can replace the products you purchased from ARIFE.com with another product of the same amount within 30 days from the invoice date or return within 14 days. The products you will exchange or return must not be used, have not lost their re-salability and their labels have not been removed. We regret to inform that changes and returns that do not have these qualifications may not be accepted.
How do I ship my products for exchange or refund?
You can send your product that you want to return or exchange via PTT Cargo
In order to exchange or return your products purchased from ARIFE.com, please download and change the exchange / return form from this link and send the form to destek@arife.com.tr e-mail address. Specifying the new product and color you want to change on the exchange / return form will allow your exchange to be made quickly. When sending your products back, please send them to PTT Kargo. For shipments made using another cargo company, the shipping fee may be reflected to you.
Will I pay the shipping fee when I ship the products?
You do not pay shipping fees up to 2 times for the products you send to us for exchange or return. For shipments after 2 times, the shipping fee may be reflected to you. When sending your products back, please send them to PTT Kargo. For shipments made using another cargo company, the shipping fee may be reflected to you.
